Working with JoyRide is always a pleasure. I think one of the things that they embody more than most of the companies that Amazon works with is communication. I am always impressed at how quickly they respond and how valuable their feedback is. They really embody what partnership should be and they’re constantly there to support our operations and help improve it.

I see JoyRide having a lot of upside with all customers, whether it’s in a trucking space or warehousing space or beyond. I think the sky’s the limit and they are just really on the forefront of being in front of the great customers. I started working with JoyRide in 2014, so it’s our 10-year anniversary as well and we were the second truck in the fleet. JoyRide runs their business the correct way. JoyRide understands the principles and qualities you need to be a good carrier, and that’s what we need to deliver to our customers. We appreciate everything JoyRide has done for us so far, but in the future there’s just more to come.
