Applicants must be at least 23 years of age with two years of over the road experience.
Must have a valid CDL Class A drivers license.
Must be medically qualified with long and short form DOT physical forms.
Need at least ten years verifiable employment and explanation of pauses in employment.

Time for that drug screen and alcohol test.

THE ORIENTATION
Come ride with one of our professional drivers and take a comprehensive drive test including pre and post trip inspections, backing into docks, and general operation of the vehicle.
Learn how to use all electronic devices including “Relay” by Amazon, and our ELD system.
Assignment of truck and completion of truck inspection.
Step Five
MEET THE TEAM
You will be introduced to a group of professional managers.
The driver is number one at Joyride and you will be treated that way.

TAKE THAT
FIRST TRIP
The maiden voyage is the big one.
On time pickups and professional, courteous drivers are key.

OWNER OPERATORS PROGRAM
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 26 Years of age or older
- 5 Recent Years of Experience
- Equipment - minimum 4 years old (list semi truck imperatives)
- Valid Class A license
- 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
- Current DOT physical without restrictions

DRIVER RETENTION PROGRAM (DRP)
Not only is the program designed to encourage drivers to comply with legal regulations, but it also aims to train drivers and encourage them to improve their overall performance, resulting in bonuses and rewards that benefit the driver, as well as operational and safety performance that benefits the company.

LEVEL 2 DRIVERS
Base pay
LEVEL 1 DRIVERS
Earn extra: $375 / per month
ELITE DRIVER*
Earn extra: $575 / per month
*Local drivers have their own category in the DRP and can earn up to $200 in bonuses each month.
