Founder's Note
As the proverb goes: if the plant doesn’t bloom – you don’t change the plant, you change the environment. Guided by that philosophy and Bosnian spite, I decided to change my environment and moved to the U.S. with $20 in my pocket and the will to prove myself to the world.
Thankfully, I met the love of my life, Vildana, soon after. Despite having no money, Vildana and I always had each other and our dreams of making it in the world. We knew that through hard work, determination, integrity and a tiny bit of luck, we could make those dreams a reality.
Starting as a dispatcher, then moving into a brokerage job, and eventually going out on my own as a truck driver, I went through every phase and have seen all there is to see in the trucking industry.
From the first solo ride to today, JoyRide has grown into an organization with over 250 drivers covering multiple states, working with some of the biggest companies in the world and pushing through boundaries that none of us believed to be possible.
I’m convinced that the success of JoyRide comes down to the people. I’ve always believed in hiring the best and treating them right and, by focusing on our values and the culture surrounding them, we’ve created an environment where we are all driven to succeed.

We’ve got the right tools for the job
All power units are late model 2023 Freightliner Cascadias and 2023 Kenworth T680 with Cummins engines pulling plated, food grade 2023 53’ high cube, air-ride dry vans with swing doors to ensure maximum capacity and delivery on-time, every time. Equipped with ELD and GPS tracking all drivers are solo, most with double endorsements. Additional tractors include 2022 Mack Anthem, 2020 International LT625 and 2020 Peterbilt 579 models.
Additionally, our 30+ 2023 model reefer trailer fleet is steadily growing along with 300+ latest 2023 model dry van trailers that are utilized on a daily basis.
