At JoyRide Logistics, we believe the strength of our company lies not in the trucks we operate, but in the people behind the wheel. You are the heartbeat of this organization, the ones who rise before dawn, face every mile with focus, and keep everything moving no matter the season or weather.
We see the sacrifices you make, the holidays spent away from home, the long nights on the road, and the countless hours that keep freight flowing when most of the world is at rest. Your resilience, professionalism, and commitment are what set JoyRide apart.
This holiday season, we want to recognize that dedication in a tangible way. If you choose to work on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Eve, you’ll receive a $1,000 Holiday Bonus as a token of our appreciation.
It’s a small reflection of the gratitude we feel for those who continue to show up, deliver safely, and uphold the standard of excellence that defines JoyRide.

All active JoyRide Logistics drivers are eligible, as long as they work one of the listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Eve) and complete their assigned route on that day.
Drivers who work on a qualifying holiday will receive a $1,000 bonus.
Bonuses will be paid in two installments, both before January 10th. The payments will be included in your regular payroll.
No additional sign-up is needed.
If you are scheduled and complete your route on one of the qualifying holidays, you’ll automatically receive the bonus.
To be eligible, the assigned load must be completed on one of the listed holidays.
If the load is missed or incomplete, the bonus cannot be issued.
We understand the personal sacrifice of being on the road during the holidays.
The $1,000 Holiday Bonus is our way of showing appreciation for your dedication, reliability, and the essential role you play in keeping operations strong year-round.

To receive the bonus, drivers must:
Work at least one of the listed holidays:
- Thanksgiving,
- Christmas, or
- New Year’s Eve
Be an active JoyRide Logistics driver in good standing.
Complete the assigned route during that holiday period.
