These are the non-negotiable starting requirements for both W2 and 1099 applicants.

At least 23 years old
You must meet the minimum driver age requirement at the time of application.

2+ years CDL-A experience
Two years of verifiable Class A driving experience is required.

No SAP drivers
Applicants currently in or requiring the SAP process are not eligible.

No Amazon facility ban
Applicants previously banned from an Amazon facility are not eligible.

Amazon Relay preferred
Prior Amazon load or block experience is helpful, but not mandatory.

No endorsements required
A valid CDL Class A is sufficient; no additional endorsement is required.
