E-commerce Agility: As a long-time Amazon carrier, we developed “surge-response” fleet strategies that helped mitigate delays during volatile periods—earning recognition as Amazon’s Most Valuable Carrier twice.
Tech-Led Decisions: By implementing systems like Samsara and advanced TMS tools, JoyRide didn’t just react to change—we forecasted it, optimizing operations in real time.
Size Doesn’t Win—Agility Does: Kemal emphasized how we succeeded not by scale alone, but by adapting quickly, adjusting pricing models, and moving closer to key delivery zones.
Future-Focused Vision: We are already integrating electric trucks into our short-haul operations and helping clients through our sister company, Orior Media, to rebrand around resilience and regional sourcing.
“You don’t navigate chaos by hoping it clears—you do it by learning to move confidently through it,” Kemal said in his closing. “Resilience isn’t built in calm waters—it’s built in the storm.”
