From April 28 to May 1, JoyRide Logistics proudly participated in ACT Expo 2025 in Anaheim, California—the nation’s leading event for clean transportation and sustainable fleet solutions. Representing our company were President Adis Danan and Executive Vice President Kemal H. Balihodzic, who joined global thought leaders to discuss the transformation of the freight industry.
As a company that operates over 250 trucks and 400+ trailers, JoyRide has long been committed to embracing innovation and environmental responsibility. One of the major highlights of the event was Kemal H. Balihodzic’s speech during NACFE’s Run on Less showcase—a platform that shines a spotlight on cutting-edge fleet practices and zero-emission initiatives.
In his speech, Kemal presented JoyRide’s role in one of the most ambitious electric freight projects in the country, focusing on the company’s bold move to integrate electric long-haul sleeper trucks into its regional operations. This initiative is part of JoyRide’s broader strategy to lead—not follow—when it comes to sustainable transportation.
“We are proud to be the first U.S. regional carrier preparing to operate electric long-haul sleeper trucks,” Kemal shared from the stage. “And we’re not experimenting—we’re scaling.”
His presentation highlighted how JoyRide is turning disruption into opportunity—by adapting operations, investing in technology, and aligning long-term vision with actionable steps today.
